Property and Cancellation Policies


Full Charge - Full Stay - If cancelled within 30 days of arrival

No Charge - If cancelled within 31 days of arrival



Terms and Conditions

  1. Standard Check-in time is at 1400H and Check-out time is at 1200H. Requests for early check in or late check out are subject to availability and additional charges.
  2. Serving of Breakfast starts from 07:00am until 10am only.
  3. La Colonial is strictly implementing a No Smoking Policy in all types of suites and premises. Designated smoking areas are available for smoking guests. A cleaning fee of Php 5,000.00 will be imposed.
  4. In case of any stain on linen and/or towel and breakage in the villa guest/s shall be charged an amount for the damage as per Hotel Policy.
  5. Lost Key will be charged Php 5,000.
  6. Visiting hours are from 07:00 am to 10:00 pm only. Beyond the time specified, Extra Person charges shall be applied.
  7. Primary guest would be responsible for all accompanying guests.
  8. La Colonial does not accept responsibility for delays, additional expenses or inconveniences which may be caused by events beyond our control such as travel agent error, flight delays, civil and political disturbance, fire, acts of God, national emergencies, or causes beyond reasonable control of the Resort.
  9. La Colonial accepts cash payments only for all charges incurred by guests.


SMS and Text Messaging Policy

We use a guest messaging platform to communicate with you regarding your stay. By providing your phone number during the booking process, you consent to receive text messages from the property.


Purpose: Text messaging may be used to send check-in instructions, access information, room readiness updates, and to respond to your requests during your stay.


Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. You will receive a final confirmation message, after which no further SMS messages will be sent.


Help: If you experience issues or need assistance, you may reply HELP or contact the front desk directly.

Privacy of Mobile Data: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
